SK United - SKSC's Competitive Soccer Program
Where the game still belongs to the kids.
In a youth sports world increasingly driven by money, pressure, and trophies, SK United stands for something different.
SK United’s competitive program has spent more than 20 years proving that high-level soccer and strong values can — and should — coexist
If you’re looking for a competitive program grounded in community, integrity, and true development — welcome to SK United.
More Opportunity. More Growth.
Our competitive players train and compete with higher intensity, with 2-3 90 minute practices a week, a Fall and Spring season, summer tournaments, and challenging opponents.
But development here isn’t measured by medals alone.
We focus on long-term growth over short-term wins. Personal progress over social media likes.
Program Overview & Team Structure
Teams are formed during tryouts, usually during the last week of April and the first two weeks of May. Invitations are sent out after tryouts and practices begin as soon as teams are formed!
The year is split into 3 pieces - summer tournaments, a fall season of 10-12 games, and a spring season of 6-8 games.
Community First
As the oldest soccer club on the peninsula, we are deeply rooted in our local community.
We work intentionally to keep costs accessible and transparent — with no hidden fees — because competitive soccer should be available to families who value commitment, not just those who can afford escalating club prices
Integrity Always
At SK United, we shape good people — not just good players
Respect, sportsmanship, and servant leadership aren’t slogans. They’re expectations. Everything is earned. Coaches lead with positivity and accountability. And players learn that how you compete matters just as much as the result
Competitive — Without Losing What Matters
Youth sports today can feel overwhelming. Rising costs. Rising pressure. Rising dropout rates
We believe the game belongs to the kids — not leagues, not clubs, not coaches
SK United offers serious soccer in an environment that protects joy, fosters resilience, and builds young men and women who carry these lessons far beyond the field.
