About the event
On April 30, at 3pm, Port Orchard FC, our new semi-pro mens team, will be playing their inaugural match, a friendly vs Nido Aguila, at the South Kitsap High School. There are several opportunities for United players to participate in this event.
· There will be a pre-game parade from the BevCo parking lot in downtown Port Orchard which will leave at 2pm and walk to the high school. ALL United players and their families are encouraged to participate. Wear your gear, make some noise, and show the community your “United” support for POFC!
· POFC will be introducing players and conducting a pre-match walk-out. We need 22 players (boys and girls 2015-2011) to help these guys walk out to the pitch and then serve as ball-kids during the match. We’ll need a few older players to help coordinate the walk-out and match balls as well.
· We are going to run some basic concessions and a donation station at the match. We need a few older players to run concessions and help with the donation buckets during the match.
