ATTENTION - Special Club Meeting!
A special club meeting will be held Thursday March 11th in the Marcus Whitman Jr. High library, starting at 6:30 pm.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss executive board decisions concerning the future of the Kitsap Kickoff Tournament, random team placement for U9 and below, and dual affiliation with both WSYSA and US Club Soccer - both members of the United States Soccer Federation.  Participating players and parents are invited to attend. (March 2, 2010)

Challenger British Soccer Camp:
We will again be hosting the Challenger British Soccer Camp at Hidden Creek Elementary in early August.  Please use the link in the Camps/Challenger menu on the left tool bar to sign up directly! (March 1, 2010)

New Team Formation Policy:
The team formation/player rostering policy for teams formed in the U9 and below age brackets has been changed.  All U9 and below teams will now be formed by entirely random player assignment.  This method of team formation will allow players to develop a broader experience of playing with different teammates and of being coached by different coaches throughout their early development stages.  This change will enhance the player's development at those early ages when they are still learning the game and developing their touch of the ball.  The focus upon teams at these ages has been proven to detract from the player's growth and development which is enhanced at the early ages by just having fun while learning.
Under the new team formation policy, there are no requests being taken.  Player assignment will be completely random.  Teams in the U9 and above age brackets during the Fall 2009 Season will be allowed to be formed for the 2010 fall season using the previous same-team placement guidelines.
Please c
ontact the President or the Registrar if you have any questions. (Feb 26, 2010)
